- Premium memberships are subject to the specific terms and renewal fees outlined on the Membership page. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
3. Community Guidelines
Our forum is designed to be a safe, helpful environment for all Toyota enthusiasts.
- Be Respectful: Harassment, hate speech, and derogatory comments will not be tolerated.
- No Spam: Do not post irrelevant links, repetitive content, or unauthorized advertisements.

- We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
4. Club Marketplace & Partner Workshops
The club provides directories for partner workshops and a marketplace for members to buy/sell parts.
- Disclaimer: The Club acts only as a platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold by members, nor are we liable for any damage or poor service provided by third-party partner garages.
- Any transaction made is strictly between the buyer and the seller or the member and the garage.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, graphics, and layout (excluding user-generated forum content), is the property of the Vitz & Yaris Owners Club Sri Lanka. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
